These items are brand new, currently on show in our store (may consist of minor blemishes please see images or ask for a video nothing detrimental to the efficiency of the product further images are available on request)
The vehicles used to deliver our items are 3.5 tonne vans
in the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please refuse delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse.
If you are not there to accept the delivery on the delivery day or there are access issues that have not been discussed with us i.e. narrow lanes, steps, lifts etc there may will be a further delivery charges incurred.

For Televisions Only
All our TV’s come with full manufactures warranty in new condition (opened boxes). With no signs of screen burn or damage to the screen in general unless otherwise stated.
Upon the delivery of your product,
Our driver will set up your tv on its stand and give you a visual demo of your item for a further peace of mind.
You will be given 15 minutes to inspect your item and sign for the delivery.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please refuse the delivery and we shall be quick to assist you further.
If you are not present on the delivery day or there are access issues that have not been discussed with us i.e. narrow lanes, steps, lifts etc further delivery charges may be incurred.

SMALL TO MEDUIM ORDERS
Choose when you want it delivered We deliver 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, even at weekends. Your options include: Next-day delivery, available on orders placed up to 7pm (subject to availability). All-day delivery (7am-7pm). Delivery in your preferred 4 hour time slot (next day or on the day of your choice) from £20.00. If you tell us your mobile number when you order we’ll text you on delivery day or the night before to let you know what time we’ll be at your address. Or you can use our Knowhow Track It service. Weekend and next day delivery is available in most areas, subject to availability.
