This is a kerbside delivery only but some drivers may assist you further which is up to them so you may need someone to help you get the appliance into your house.

The vehicles used to deliver our items are 7.5 tonne lorries, please make sure this type of vehicle will fit down your access road.

When delivery takes place you must un-pack and fully check the item prior to signing. If you do sign as ok and acceptable then any damage notified afterwards cannot be claimed for

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please refuse delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse.
